Dependability is visible behavior
Dependability is demonstrated through attendance, preparation, accurate work, timely notice, and follow-through. It does not mean that barriers never occur. It means recognizing a barrier, communicating it early, requesting appropriate support, and updating the plan.

- Review commitments at the beginning and end of each work period.
- Break large assignments into dated next actions.
- Confirm completion instead of assuming a handoff was received.
Prioritize the work that affects others
Start with safety and compliance risks, then time-sensitive work that blocks another person or process. Schedule important work before it becomes urgent, and reserve time to review accuracy. When priorities conflict, ask the authorized person to clarify rather than silently choosing.
