Integrated billing-and-coding decisions require connecting information from multiple stages without exceeding role authority. Confirm identity and coverage, review documentation, apply current coding references, check claim data, interpret adjudication information, meet follow-up deadlines, protect privacy, and document every significant action.

Prepare for independent assessment
The official Education and Occupational Skills assessment uses different questions and a separate applied scenario. AimHigh staff must also confirm coursework, capstone performance, participation, program standing, and compliance before certificate release.
